I’ve recently discovered that popcorn is my new favourite sweet treat! I love savoury & I love sweet. Here’s my favourite sweet recipe from Canadian Living magazine; this one includes caramel and I like to shave dark chocolate over top while it’s still warm and then add a generous sprinkle of sea salt which helps to bring out the flavours of the caramel and the dark chocolate. A very grown-up version of the childhood favourite!
